Noelle Jaipul - Multicultural Liaison, City of Edmonton
Noelle Jaipaul is a first-generation Canadian settler, born in Edmonton. She currently works for the City of Edmonton as a Multicultural Liaison, where she is the lead of the Edmonton Local Immigration Partnership and works on various City of Edmonton policies related to building a more inclusive, welcoming, and vibrant city. Noelle sits on the board of John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights and is an associate consultant for the Centre for Race and Culture.

Sara Cooper - Talent Director, OMERS Ventures 
Sara Cooper is the Talent Director at OMERS Ventures, one of Canada’s largest VC firms. Sara provides advice and guidance to their portfolio companies on strategies designed to attract, retain and develop top talent. Prior to joining OV, Sara led talent-related programs for several tech companies including FreshBooks, Microsoft, and Lavalife. She is passionate about the Canadian start-up ecosystem and creating environments that attract the best and brightest from all over the world.

Micah Slavens - Co-Founder, Lift InteractiveMicah Slavens co-founded Lift Interactive in 2002 with his wife Kristi. In the fifteen years since, Lift has grown into a full-service digital agency employing around thirty digital strategists, UX designers, and programmers. Micah has worked hard to create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and acceptance. The eclectic mix of individuals with varied interests and backgrounds fuels Lift’s empathy and creativity.
